HP targets digi-photo rookies

HP features a sub-£100 entry-level camera, the HP Photosmart 120.

Your camera can capture as much as 35-seconds of video, sports a 3.6-inch Vast screen for viewing images, and uses CompactFlash for image-storage. The unit offers point-and-click simplicity for novice camera users.

Tim Potter, HP’s United kingdom image-capture product manager, described: “The HP Photosmart 120 is HP’s least expensive camera. It’s a concise, easy-to-use camera that’s ideal for consumers taking their steps in to the camera market.”

The 260.2g (with batteries) device includes a one-megapixel resolution, 4MB of memory along with a 2x zoom. It offers image-editing software for that Mac, and charges £99 including VAT.

    Yeah pretty sure the same editorial problems that have changed TheVerge.com, I really hope Polygon is not following in it’s footsteps.
